Job Description
Manages and leads a team of Test Associate Engineers and Engineer Assistants.
Motivates team members and assesses performance.
Provide newly joined employees on test training, and build up troubleshooting guideline.
Conduct investigation related to Test issues, support customer on FPY improvement.
Perform testing and commissioning of complex servers and storage products
Handle re-configurations in accordance to customer’s specifications
Knowledge of PC / servers / Rack and able to handle failure analysis (FA).
Able to identify various error codes for individual failed server given by the diagnostic program
UNIX and hardware based troubleshoot and rework on the failed server unit.
Keeping customer well informed of the found discrepancies on the line and follow up on proper closure.
Daily updates of the orders on the line, generating daily, weekly and monthly reports, keeping the line well maintained and organized, and periodically review and identify opportunities to work on continuous improvement.
Participle internal improvement projects and various training.
Team administrative task including OT arrangement, audit follow up etc.
Other tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements
Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer / IT and/or Mechatronics
5 years or more working experience, prefer in manufacturing environment
Technically know how on common QA tools such as Fishbone, PDCA, RCCA, 5Why, 8D etc
Leadership Skills, Self-Motivation, Strong Relationship Building
Hardworking, Willing to learn and able to pick up skills quickly

Work Location: 452 Alexandra Road Singapore 119961 (Near Labrador Park MRT Station)
Working Days / Hours: 8am - 5.30pm / 8.30am – 6pm (Monday – Friday)
